On Feb 24, we woke up to the sad news of Sridevi’s demise. Everything came to a standstill for the country as well as the Kapoors, who had just attended a family wedding and were all in the celebratory mood. However, for father Boney Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor was a pillar of strength as he left everything to be by his father’s side.
And now, Arjun has flown to Punjab for the shoot of his next film ‘Namastey England’ which stars Parineeti Chopra as the female lead. To refresh your memory, Arjun was there only, when the news of Sridevi’s death broke, and the actor left the place for Mumbai, to be by the side of his half-sisters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor, as Boney Kapoor dealt with the investigations and formality in Dubai.
As there were some suspicions being raised around Sridevi’s death, Arjun also flew down to Dubai to be his father’s support and escalate the procedures.

Arjun had full support of ‘Namastey London’ director/producer Vipul Shah, who at that time understood Arjun’s need to be with his family. Arjun too understood that his absence would prove a hurdle in the smooth shooting of the movie.
And hence after wrapping things in Mumbai, Arjun flew back to Punjab and has immediately started shooting. He even shot for 18 hours in a day so that he could compensate for the lost time. The actor didn’t want the crew to stay an extra day in Punjab and burden producer Vipul Shah’s pocket.

Parineeti too was very supportive as she re-scheduled her dates to suit that of Arjun, in this difficult and hectic time. (Also Read:Arjun Kapoor hosts dinner for Janhvi, Khushi and Boney Kapoor. View Pics)
Well now that’s called professionalism. Arjun not only balanced his personal life but also perfectly balanced his professional life by working extra.
