Namrata Shirodkar: Sonali Bendre looks amazingly fit and ready to get back to normal life

Actress Namrata Shirodkar is on a family vacation to New York. Namrata went on to meet got to meet Sonali Bendre who is in NY as she is undergoing treatment for cancer. Both the actresses spent time catching up and later Namrata shared her health update.

Namrata is glad the way Sonali’s health is back on the track and she looked very happy. Sharing about their meeting, Namrata told Deccan Chronicle, “She is a strong girl. She looks amazingly fit and ready to get back to normal life. I had such a lovely time with her. We discussed so many things. She told me the entire story of her illness and what gives her the strength, and I told her that she’s always in my prayers.”

She further added, “Just like me, she’s so typically Maharashtrian in so many ways. We chatted about everything under the sun. We even laughed about some shared recollections of the past.”

Namrata wishes to meet Sonali again as they have promised each other a walk in Central Park. How sweet is that?

And we totally agree with Namrata that Sonali is a strong girl who is battling cancer amazingly. Sonali has been inspiring others too by chronicling her journey and sharing updates with her fans and followers.

Recently Bendre even attended Priyanka Chopra’s bridal shower along with Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor. The Kapoors are also in New York as Rishi is undergoing a medical treatment there.
