Nana Patekar REVEALS he had predicted Shah Rukh Khan’s stardom during Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman

After Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan is wreaking havoc at the box office with his recently released film Jawna. The film was released on 7 September and has already crossed the 1000-crore mark. SRK started off the year with a banger film, Pathaan continued with Jawan and now he has the upcoming film, Dunki.

Shah Rukh Khan was supposed to mark his Bollywood debut with Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman. However. Deewana film was released first, giving a great launch to SRK in Bollywood. Now, in an interview with News18, Nana Patekar has revealed that he had predicted the stardom of Shah Rukh Khan back then. He said, “Bohot acha kalakar hai. Iski pehli film mere saath thi Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman. Release to dusri ho gayi par shoot pehle mere saath hui thi. Main us waqt, puch lo kabhi Shah Rukh ko. Us waqt maine kaha tha, ‘Tu bohot bada star banega’. Pehli film mein hi maine usko bol diya tha ” (He is a good artist. Raju Bann Gaya Gentleman was his first film with me. But another film got released fir, and he shot first with me. At that times, I had told Shah Rukh Khan that he will become a big star, you can ask him)
