Nana Patekar seeks an apology from Tanushree Dutta; sends her a legal notice

Looks like the Tanushree Dutta and Nana Patekar controversy is not going to end anytime soon. The actress has accused the senior actor of sexually and mentally harassing her on the sets of the film ‘Horn Ok Pleassss’. Ten years later, the actress has voiced her ordeal again and is now seeking justice for everything she went through in all these years.

Nana Patekar has denied all the charges made against him by Tanushree and has even sent her a legal notice seeking a public apology in writing. Nana’s lawyer, Rajendra Shirodkar was quoted as saying by India Today, “The main features of the legal notice are that we have denied all allegations that she has levelled against Mr Nana Patekar. We have asked for a public apology in writing. If she fails to give an apology in the specified period, which has been mentioned in the notice, we will take further legal action against her.”

Reportedly, Nana is also going to call for a press conference once he is back in Mumbai after completing the shoot of ‘Housefull 4’. The actor is currently shooting in Jaisalmer, amidst tight security. Meanwhile, Tanushree too is getting her legal team ready to handle the legal notices.
