Nargis Fakhri on how she realised the fickle face of B-Town friendships, post ‘Rockstar’

Last seen in ‘Banjo’, it’s been quite a while that actress Nargis Fakhri is missing in action. Looking forward to start shooting for some new projects in Bollywood, the actress is making headlines for some wrong reasons. Recently, there were reports that the actress is staying at her alleged boyfriend and actor Uday Chopra’s bungalow. But, putting an end to all these rumours, the actress has clarified that these reports were untrue and baseless. She also went on to reveal that she realised the fickle face of B-Town friendships post shooting her debut Hindi film ‘Rockstar’.

When the actress was asked about the lack of friends in Mumbai, she said, “I have never been able to figure it out. I guess my disappointment and caution go back to my first Hindi film ‘Rockstar’, where I thought I was making friends for life with the team. When the film got over, they all moved on. Further, she revealed that she has only two friends in Mumbai. Nargis said, “One of them is Sunaina Bhatnagar who recently directed that very beautiful film ‘Dear Maya’. The other is a dress designer. That’s it. Otherwise, it’s all working relationships in Mumbai. It’s strange, because I make friends easily wherever I go. But not in Mumbai. Here it’s just work.”

On the professional front, the actress will be seen in international film ‘5 Weddings’ which also stars Rajkummar Rao. She will also  start working on a couple of projects. The actress revealed that they are Bollywood movies and will be shot outside India.
