Nawazuddin denies the baseless rumours of him investigating wife, with THIS tweet

Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui seems to be going through a rough patch in his personal life as the actor, of late, has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. Recently the actor, his wife Anjali Siddiqui, and his lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui were summoned by the Maharashtra police in Thane on Friday. The matter is with regards to a connection with a call detail records (CDR) scam.

Reportedly, the actor’s name has been cropped up in a Call Detail Records (CDR) racket, after which he allegedly spied on his wife’s phone records.

As per the details of the case, the crime branch has arrested 11 accused in the CDR racket. And it was during the course of their investigation when Nawazuddin’s name surfaced as well. A police source has quoted, “While screening the devices of one of the accused, we found Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s name. Nawaz had sought his wife’s CDR.”

But the ‘Munna Michael’ star recently took to Twitter and rubbished all the news doing the rounds. Here, have a look at the actor’s tweet :
