Nawazuddin Siddiqui is all praises for ‘Freaky Ali’ director Sohail Khan

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is all ready to tickle everyone’s funny bones with his upcoming light-hearted sports drama ‘Freaky Ali’. The actor, who has worked with superstar Salman Khan’s brother Sohail Khan, the director of this movie, for the first time, is completely praising the actor-filmmaker, and referring him as a damn cool director.

At the ongoing promotional activities for the film, recently at one such event, Nawazuddin praised Sohail saying, “I find Sohail Khan a damn cool director. He is a spontaneous director and he is by far the coolest director I have ever worked with. He creates such an atmosphere on the sets that you perform even difficult scenes with a lot of ease. He doesn’t put any pressure on actors.”

‘Freaky Ali’ will see Nawaz romancing actress Amy Jackson, and playing golf, both of which are his first time on-screen.

Giving the credit of these two interesting things to his director Sohail as well, Nawazuddin said, “I am thankful to my director Sohail to give me such a wonderful co-star like Amy. I had a great time working with her. Amy understands Hindi very well. I have seen her previous work and she has done some great work in the past.”

“I have never played golf in my life and I had to learn it for this film. It was not easy for me to learn golf as it’s a very technical game. I practiced for eight to ten days before starting the film,” added the actor.

‘Freaky Ali’ presented by Bollywood’s Sultan, Salman Khan also stars Arbaaz Khan, Jas Arora and Seema Biswas playing pivotal parts.

It is slated to hit the screens on September 9, 2016.
