Nawazuddin Siddiqui on divorce rumour: They’re ridiculous. I’m learning to laugh them off

Not many days back, rumours of Nawazuddin Siddiqui‘s marriage hitting a rough patch had broken the internet. Needless to say, it got the actor dejected. He also sent out a notice to a popular film magazine for spreading baseless assumptions, while categorically clarifying that his equation with his wife was just fine.

Recently, during promotions of his new film ‘Manto’, the subject was raised again. Siddiqui reacted to such rumours referring to them as ‘ridiculous’ and said he was learning to shrug them off.

“I guess it  comes with stardom. They are ridiculous. We are happily married. We are parents to our wonderful kids. She has seen me through highs and lows. People write whatever suits their sensational tastes. I am learning to laugh these things off,” he said. Last week, Nawaz and wife Anjali celebrated their wedding anniversary. The wifey took to Facebook and wrote,  “All these years, you have been amazing. As a dad to our kids and as my lover, I have been happy in your arms and I could see that we’ll be happier for the rest for our lives.”

Looks like that was a clear cut message to the gossip mongers!
