Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s next goes on without a leading lady

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is currently shooting for Kushan Nandy’s ‘Babumoshai Bandookbaaz’ on the outskirts of Lucknow, the actress for which was,till a few days ago, Chitrangda Singh.

However, soon after the actress took a sudden exit from the ongoing shooting schedule of the film, the makers are still on hunt for a leading lady. While it was said that Huma Qureshi being considered for the role, Nawaz says, “We’ve done whatever we could do together in Gangs Of Wasseypur and Badlapur. Now, it will look like an overkill if we come together again. My director Kushan Nandy and I are completely puzzled about the situation.”

Nawaz also joked and said, “I told my director, ‘Let’s get a boy to dress up as a woman and go ahead with the shooting’. I really don’t care who my co-star is as long as the shooting doesn’t get hampered.”
