NCB arrests actor Gaurav Dixit during a raid, discovered MD and Charas from his residence

The Narcotics Control Bureau detained Bollywood and TV star Gaurav Dixit after discovering ‘MD’ and ‘Charas’ from his home. Now, according to ANI, NCB has stated, “The NCB detained TV star Gaurav Dixit after MD and Charas were discovered from his home during a raid. He was detained in connection with the interrogation of actor Ajaz Khan.” According to another report, an NCB official stated that the actor will be brought before a court of law for detention.

The investigation agency discovered large amounts of prohibited narcotics at his Lokhandwala home in April. When the actor and his friend saw the cops on their way to his residence, they escaped. They have been looking for him ever since.

The actor is well-known for his roles in films, television series, and advertisements. According to IMDB, Gaurav has appeared in films such as ‘Happy Bhaag Jayegi,’ ‘Happy Phirr Bhaag Jayegi,’ ‘Dahek: A Restless Mind,’ ‘The Magic of Cinema,’ and ‘Ganga Ke Paar Saiyan Hamar’. He has also appeared in the TV programme ‘Seeta Aur Geeta.’

Actor Ajaz Khan who was arrested in the drugs possession case will continue to remain in jail. The actor’s bail plea was recently rejected by the court. It has been alleged that Gaurav Dixit had supplied the drugs to Ajaz Khan. He had been on the run for nearly four months. Both Ajaz Khan and Gaurav Dixit have a direct connection with Shadab Batata, who was arrested by the NCB with drugs worth Rs 2 crores in the month of March.
