Narcotics Control Bureau arrests Arjun Rampal’s friend Paul Bartel in drugs case

Since the last few weeks, the Narcotics Control Bureau’s investigation of the drugs racket in Bollywood has intensified. The drugs probe started after the tragic death of Sushant Singh Rajput.

Now actor Arjun Rampal has come under NCB’s lens. Earlier today the ‘Rock On!’ actor arrived at the NCB office for interrogation. Meanwhile, NCB has arrested Arjun’s friend Paul Bartel in a drug-related case.

Reportedly, Paul has links with Arjun’s girlfriend Gabriella’s brother Agisilaos Demetriades who has already been arrested by NCB in the drugs case. Previously, on November 9, NCB had raided Arjun’s Mumbai residence and seized electronic devices from his home.

Following the raid, NCB had summoned Arjun’s live-in partner Gabriella for questioning on November 11. She was again summoned on the following day for the second round of questioning.

According to a report in India Today, NCB sources have revealed that after the arrest of Gabriella’s brother Agisialos, electronic evidence against Arjun and Gabriella have been found. Recently, NCB had also arrested film producer Firoz Nadiadwala’s wife Shabana Saeed in the drugs case. She was later granted bail.

After Sushant Singh’s death, Bollywood has been facing a dark phase with so many prominent celeb’s name cropping up during the investigation.
