Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt tied the knot in a low-key ceremony that was attended by family and close friends. The lovebirds got hitched at Ranbir’s home in Bandra. Post their low key wedding the newlyweds posed for the photographers gathered outside their Mumbai home. Later, Ranbir and Alia hosted an intimate wedding party which was attended only by their close circle of friends.
Amid all the love that was pouring in for the couple, there was someone who was left disappointed. He was none other than celebrity photographer Viral Bhayani. Viral was upset that actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor did not hold a reception after their wedding. He had also expressed his displeasure that the couple did nothing for the paps. Now, Ranbir’s mother, Neetu Kapoor, reacted to Viral’s statement.
In an interview with India Today, Neetu Kapoor said that she would definitely host a special reception party for Viral and would also call him up on the stage.
Neetu Kapoor said, “ Oh, I want to have a social reception for Viral. I don’t like it when anyone is upset. I will host a special reception only for him and have him on stage also, but I don’t want him to be unhappy. This was just a quick wedding and hence we couldn’t do much. If it was left to me, I would have done it with grandeur and called everyone.”
