Ness Wadia to be arrested in Preity Zinta Molestation Case?

Actress Preity Zinta has filed a molestation case against her ex-boyfriend Ness Wadia. A five-member delegation of Maharashtra Women Commission led by its chairperson Chitra Wagh, met the Marine Drive police officials to find out the action taken against industrialist Ness Wadia regarding case of molestation.

As per sources, Preity Zinta filed a molestation complaint against Wadia in which she stated that Wadia had touched her inappropriately during a match at Wankhede stadium in Mumbai, and even hurled abuses at her. Zinta and Wadia are the joint-owners of the team Kings XI Punjab IPL team.

Chitra Wagh said that, “It’s been 24 hours since the molestation complaint has been filed against Wadia. We want to know what action has been taken and why the police have not arrested Wadia yet. The cops have told us that they have got the CCTV footage and are busy in recording that statements of several witnesses and once they are done, they will arrest Wadia in the next 24 hours.”

Ness Wadia issued a press statement, “I am shocked at the complaint and the allegations made against me are totally false and baseless.”

Meanwhile, Mumbai police commissioner Rakesh Maria said that police will be calling witnesses and collecting more evidence. Further investigations into the case are on.
