Netizens slam Taapsee Pannu as she shares about her struggle after her AC stopped working amidst the lockdown

The nationwide lockdown has affected everyone’s life in some or the other way. Taapsee Pannu shared about her struggle as the air conditioning in her house has stopped working and she can’t even get it repaired due to the lockdown. The ‘Thappad’ actress was slammed by netizens as they felt her post is demeaning for the lakhs of migrants who are struggling to save their lives and even reach their homes amidst the crisis.

In the video shared by the actress on her Insta stories, Taapsee can be heard saying “So, when your AC gives up and you are not allowed to get an AC repair person at home, what do you do? Because your AC is leaking…” She had captioned the video as “The struggle is real”

For the time being, the actress has managed to fix her problem by tying a cloth to her AC and thereby collecting the leaking water in a bucket. You can check out her video below:

Soon netizens bashed the ‘Pink’ actress and reminded her of her privilege. One of the users wrote, “Mam you should be thankful to god, as ONLY your AC is not working, everything else is fine.”

Whereas another user commented, “Ohhh it’s big problem can u walk barefoot on roads without food and water… When the temp is cross 40 degrees.. If u have nothing to donate dn plz dnt post such stupid videoes.. to humiliate poor people of our country.. N wats happen to e news they post she is struggling… Without AC.. Such shame… Ta ta(sic)”
