Netizens troll Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor’s ‘Dhadak’ trailer by calling it a poor adaptation

When Nagraj Manjule’s musical romantic drama ‘Sairat’ starring two newbies Rinku Rajguru and Akash Thosar hit the silver screens in 2016, viewers all over Maharashtra simply couldn’t have enough of them.

Two years later, Bollywood is all set to treat the audience with a Hindi adaptation of the same film. Titled ‘Dhadak’, the film which marks the Bollywood debut of late actress Sridevi’s elder daughter Janhvi Kapoor alongside Ishaan Khatter, is directed by Shashank Khaitan of ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ fame.
