New posters of Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Gully Boy’ are out

Ranveer Singh is on a roll after ruling the box office in 2o18 with blockbusters like ‘Padmaavat’ and ‘Simmba’. The actor is all set to rule 2019 too with his upcoming release ‘Gully Boy’. Yesterday, the actor had shared an intriguing poster of the Zoya Akhtar directorial that has the social media on fire. The tagline written below the title of the movie on the poster is ‘Apna Time Aayega’.   Alia Bhatt and Zoya Akhtar too shared the same poster.

The second poster reveals Alia and Ranveer’s look from the movie and it is promising enough to make us impatient to watch the musical drama.

‘Gully Boy’ is based on the life story of street rappers Divine and Naezy who are known for their song ‘Mere Gully Mein’. The movie also features Kalki Koechlin, Parmeet Sethi, Ali Asgar and Pooja Gaur in important roles. ‘Gully Boy’ has been co-produced by Tiger Baby and Excel Entertainment and will hit the theatres on February 14.

‘Gully Boy’ has been selected for the world premiere at the 69th Berlin International Film Festival. Both Alia and Ranveer took to their Twitter handles to announce the news.

Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt will next be seen in Karan Johar’s period drama ‘Takht’. The movie also features Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
