Newbie Tara Sutaria bags second film ‘Arjun Reddy’ even before her debut

Remember the sweet girl starring in Disney’s popular shows like ‘The Suite Life of Karan & Kabir’ and ‘Oye Jassie’? Yes, we are talking about Tara Sutaria. After winning hearts with her endearing performance on sitcoms the multitalented actress who also professionally sings and dances is now all set to make her silver screen debut with Karan Johar’s highly anticipated ‘Student of The Year 2’.

Interestingly even before her first film is about to release, Tara Sutaria has already bagged her second film. A report in Pinkvilla states that the actress has been signed to star opposite Shahid Kapoor in ‘Arjun Reddy’ remake. The story of the film revolves around Arjun, a surgeon who has anger management issues and he is on a destructive path after his girlfriend marries someone else. The ‘Arjun Reddy’ remake will be helmed by the film’s original director Sandeep Vanga.  Apparently, the film will be adapted in the language by producers Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde. The shooting of this remake will begin this July onwards.
