Nice! Rishi Kapoor has ‘Vintage’ birthday wishes for Mahesh Bhatt

Rishi Kapoor nowadays is known more for his actions and reactions on social media (and beyond, if we remember the recent Ganesh Chaturthi incident), rather than his acting prowess. Well, nothing against the actor, but we would now want to see that much drama on screen rather than off screen. After all, we know what an exemplary actor Rishi Kapoor has been for decades. Well, coming to his social media presence, he made it known once again, as he wished the ace director Mahesh Bhatt a very happy birthday, in a unique manner.

The witty Kapoor fished out an old poster of a movie that Bhatt was stated to make, with the most interesting cast in mind, viz. Rishi Kapoor, Parveen Babi, and Dev Anand in lead roles. Sounds interesting, right?

Amazing, isn’t it? We once again are in awe of the beauty that late Parveen Babi was. Wish the movie had been made. It would have been one powerful punch on Box Office, with all the talent that had come together, helmed by Mahesh Bhatt. Alas, that can’t happen now, but the Bollywood fan inside us is surely overjoyed on being on the receiving end of such rare piece of Indian cinema’s history.
