Why did Nikhil Advani hold a special screening of ‘Hero’ for Salman Khan?

Superstar Salman Khan’s first production ‘Hero’ that will be the launch pad of Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty has been on the roll. Director Nikhil Advani apparently organised a special screening of the first half of his film ‘Hero’, which introduces Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty, for Salman Khan.

As per sources, Nikhil Advani has just finished shooting the first half of the film, which stars newcomers Athiya Shetty and Sooraj Pancholi, and he wanted Salman to watch it and give him his feedback .Therefore the filmmaker arranged for a screening in his office on Sunday night.

Sources further added that, Salman Khan very much appreciated the work, “He appreciated the effort put in by the young actors. He seemed to be quite happy with the way the film is shaping up.” The film is a remake of the 1983 film of the same name which starred Jackie Shroff in the lead role.

The special screening  was also attended by Salim Khan, Suniel and Mana Shetty, Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab. Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty were also present at the event.
