Time and again our Bollywood filmmakers have taken inspiration from films down south or Hollywood flicks. Thankfully these days our filmmakers are officially buying rights of these films and remaking them for the Hindi speaking audience.
After casting director Mukesh Chhabra, remaking the hit Hollywood film ‘The Fault In Our Stars’ as ‘Kizie Aur Manny’, we have another Bollywood filmmaker who is all set to remake the hit franchise of Quentin Tarantino’s ‘Kill Bill’. Yes you read that right, Uma Thurman’s critically acclaimed film ‘Kill Bill’ is now going to get a Bollywood remake.
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, actor-producer Nikhil Dwivedi’s production house has bagged the remake rights of ‘Kill Bill’, and he will be remaking it in a two-part series. The spokesperson of Nikhil confirmed the news to the tabloid.
