Nimrat Kaur and Ravi Shastri rubbish rumours surrounding their relationship

On Monday, gossip surrounding actress Nimrat Kaur dating Team India coach Ravi Shastri took the social media by fire. As soon as the story cropped up, it left everyone by surprise given the names of the people involved. The rumours even suggested that Nimrat and Ravi have been dating secretly for two years.

Now hitting back at the reports, Nimrat Kaur took to Twitter and gave a classy reply to all the gossip mongers out there. The ‘Airlift’ actress wrote on the micro-blogging site, “Fact: I may need a root canal. Fiction: Everything else I read about me today. More facts: Fiction can be more hurtful, Monday blues exist and I love ice cream. Here’s to trash free happy days ahead”

Though this cryptic tweet doesn’t directly address the rumours, there’s enough hint to suggest that the actress is clearly denying ever seeing Ravi Shastri.

When asked about what he has to say about the stories of him dating Nimrat,  Ravi Shastri categorically told Mid-Day, “The biggest load of dung. Nothing to say when it is the biggest load of cow dung.” 

Well, with Ravi and Nimrat clarifying everything, we hope at least now the gossip mongers will keep their mouth shut.
