No clash between Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth over the climax of ‘2.0’

Shankar’s ‘2.0’ is one of the most awaited upcoming films. The movie stars Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar, and there were reports that all is not well between the two superstars. Reportedly, Rajinikanth wanted the climax to be heavy on VFX, and Akki wanted it to be more realistic. However, these reports have turned out to be untrue.

A source close to the film, told a daily, “We’ve filmed the climax long back. Even the dubbing is over and only VFX is left to be completed. The visualisation of the climax was done for three months in Los Angeles from December and Shankar had shot the sequences accordingly. The reports of clash between the two actors are false.”

The movie, which also stars Amy Jackson, was slated to release during Diwali this year. However, it has been postponed to Republic Day weekend next year.
