No, Saif Ali Khan is NOT replacing Fawad Khan in ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’!

The news of Saif Ali Khan replacing Fawad Khan surfaced on the internet today. While many of us thought the makers had given up to MNS’ demand of replacing Fawad’s character and IMPPA’s ruling of barring Pakistani artistes, the reality is actually something else. Reportedly, the production house has strongly denied any such possibility and finds it ridiculous!

Earlier today, a popular daily claimed that the ‘Face Replacement Technology’ will be used to replace Fawad with Saif. However, the production’s spokesperson told another publication, “That ‘face replacement’ thing is absolutely crazy. We couldn’t even believe it when we read it. The other bit is not true either. Neither of them [Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma] are Pakistani — they’re Indian Muslims who live abroad.”

Well, this certainly clears the air and assures that Fawad is very much a part of the film.
