Not all’s well between Sanjay Dutt and Rajkumar Hirani?

Sanjay Dutt and Rajkumar Hirani’s friendship is one of the oldest ones in the industry. When Sanjay Dutt was in jail, Rajkumar Hirani was the only one who stood by him. Now, the filmmaker is also going to make a film on Sanjay Dutt’s life. Ranbir Kapoor is the one who will be essaying Sanjay Dutt on screen, but this film looks to facing a troubled time these days. Apparently, something is amiss between Rajkumar Hirani and Sanjay Dutt.

If reports are to be believed then Rajkumar Hirani and Sanjay’s friendship has hit a roadblock as the former apparently declined the latter’s proposal of co-producing his biopic. Sanjay Dutt wanted to be a part of this film and wanted to be one of the producers, but Rajkumar gave out a stun no because he wants full creative freedom. Having Sanjay Dutt as the producer would mean that taking his opinion in to consideration and hence, he would not be able to work freely on this project.

Now, we don’t know how much of this bit is true as there is no official confirmation on anything. It is said Vinod Chopra was the one who broke this cold war between the two and made sure that Sanjay had a role to play in his film. Nevertheless, the film is still in the making and we are eagerly awaiting the same.
