I have not signed the film, says Hrithik Roshan on reports of signing ‘Super 30’

Ever since Hrithik Roshan met Patna-based mathematician Anand Kumar, there have been constant reports of him being roped in for a biopic called ‘Super 30’ on latter’s life. Now, Hrithik has revealed that he hasn’t yet signed the film and it’s too soon to speculate. When he was quizzed if he has started preparing for the movie already, he revealed to a daily, “I have not signed the film. I will only be able to talk about it once it’s all official.”

For those who don’t know, the ‘Super 30’ program trains the economically backward students for IIT-JEE. Earlier, in an interview, Hrithik had said, “If an opportunity presents itself (to narrate such stories) then it’s great. I think cinema is a fantastic medium to bring out stories that are inspiring and empowering. I am still in discussions for the film on him (Kumar). There were also reports of Katrina Kaif teaming up with Hrithik for the movie. The reports started when Anand Kumar had a meeting with Katrina Kaif recently. When Hrithik was asked about these reports he said, “I have no idea.” Apparently, Anand’s Facebook posts where he was seen meeting Hrithik, Katrina and Bahl all within a week, fuelled the rumours. Let’s wait for an official confirmation from the makers for this news.

Hrithik and Katrina have earlier worked together in the 2011 movie ‘Zindagi Naa Milegi Dobaara’ and in the 2014 movie ‘Bang Bang’, which were both commercially successful. Their chemistry was explosive in both the films.
