Now, Sooraj Pancholi backs out of ‘Circus’

Choreographer Bosco Martis’s debut directorial ‘Circus’ has been in news for its casting issues, since a while now. While it was Parineeti Chopra and Kangana Ranaut, who had earlier backed out of the film, recent news suggested that Sonakshi Sinha was now finalised for the film, which will see Sooraj Pancholi as the male lead.

However, the film has hit rock bottom again, with Sooraj too opting out at the last minute, citing date issues.

Confirms a source, “Sooraj was committed to the film, but the film went through some casting issues with Parineeti Chopra walking out. The studio that Bosco had approached also had second thoughts following her exit. Sooraj had to give dates for Remo D’ Souza’s dance-musical. So, he and Bosco sat down and decided that as the film was stuck, it was best for the actor to move on too.”
