OMG – 22 newcomers to debut with Tiger Shroff

Newbie actor Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon, are not the only one to debut in director Sabbir Khan’s film Heropanti. It seems that there are all together 21 newcomers debuting along with the lead pair. Quite a feat we say. Sabbir Khan who himself had debuted as a director with Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor starrer ‘Kambakkht Ishq’, has cast rank newcomers in ‘Heropanti’.

As per sources, apart from Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon, Khan has roped in 21 artistes. Reason: He didn’t want his hero and heroine to feel too conscious shooting with senior artistes.

“I’d worked with Nadiadwala Grandsons as an assistant before directing my first film. All their projects including my directorial debut featured A-list artistes. The reason I went with an all-new cast for this one is that it required a certain freshness. And after watching the edited version, I can confidently say it wasn’t a mistake.”

Well we think that it is first time in the history of Bollywood that so many newcomers are debuting at a time.
