OMG! Kangana Ranaut meets with an accident

Kangana Ranaut, who is currently in the US shooting for Hansal Mehta’s ‘Simran’, recently met with an accident. However, the actress miraculously escaped unhurt.

The incident took place after the shooting got wrapped up for the day and the team was returning from the location, which was outside Georgia, to their hotel in Atlanta. An insider said, “A local driver was behind the wheel and was driving in the leftmost lane (meant for fast-moving traffic) on highway 381. Suddenly, he started coughing profusely and then blacked out while on the move.”

When the driver blacked out, the ‘Queen’ actress’ local bodyguard, who was sitting next to the driver, tried to “control the car’s movement”. But in that “nervous moment”, he unfortunately couldn’t control the vehicle, which diverged to the right and cut through three of the highway’s lanes, before banging into an iron fence.

The insider further revealed, “Everyone was scared at that point. But luckily, none of them got hurt. Kangana had a few minor scratches on her elbows and her forehead that bled a little, but nothing major happened. Similarly, Kangana’s team members also suffered a few minor injuries.”

After the accident took place, the local police reached the spot. The 29-year-old actress, for once, “made sure that everyone else was well looked-after. Later, the film’s makers ensured that Kangana and the others went to the hospital for checkups to ensure no one suffered from any internal injuries,” the insider said.

Well, it’s good to know that the actress didn’t get injured badly.
