Bollywood superstar Salman Khan also known for his taut and muscled body was the center of gossip recently. Some jealous people were pointing out that he was not fit and fine anymore and middle age was surely catching up with him.
As per sources, Salman Khan was advised by his doctors after his health scare to lose some weight. Even his friend Aamir advised him to get back in shape. ‘He was aware that he had put on some weight. Though the intensity of his workouts reduced for a short phase, he never missed the sessions. Aamir, who was shooting nearby around April pointed it out and told him that he needs to get back to his old physique.’
Salman Khan set to work and planned a vigorous gym plan along with a diet to lose weight. He planned his work out sessions divided into cardio sessions and weight training. He goes for cycling or jogging for an hour, dead lifts to improve leg and back muscles. His push up count can go up to 1000 and crunches up to 500. His diet is very simple, depending on whether he is shooting on that day or not. He eats a lot of fruits and salads throughout the day. He loves non-veg food like chicken or fish but see to it that he doesn’t over stuff himself. He prefers to end his day with a soup. The dedicated diet has helped him to get his old physique back.
