OMG: Shah Rukh Khan’s shoot disrupted by political activists

Shah Rukh Khan‘s shoot was disrupted recently by some political goons. The Badshah was shooting for a commercial at Mehboob Studios, when a group of a political union tried to disrupt the shoot.The reason that they gave for the disruption was, alleging that the ad was being made with some foreign artists and the makers did not have permission for the same.

The makers of the advertisement along with Shah Rukh Khan asserted that they had all the necessary permission, the gang tried disrupt the shoot. They were stopped by the personnel security till police was called to the scene. The police then calmed things down and normalcy returned.

Sources say, “Shah Rukh Khan was shooting for a commercial last Saturday night when a group of 50-60 political activists landed at the doorstep and threatened to stop the shoot. They objected to the producer roping in foreign artists without permission and demanded to see their documents. The studio bouncers and members of the production team prevented them from entering the set.”

The producer of the ad shoot, Arpan Fernandes said that he had all the necessary permits. He expressed discontent at his shoot being disturbed so. It seems the political goons had even demanded a fine of Rs 3 Lakhs.
