Bollywood’s latest heartthrob Varun Dhawan will soon be seen in Remo Fernandez upcoming dance film ‘ABCD 2’. The actor will romance with the ‘Ek Villain’ actress in the sequel to hit film ‘ABCD’. The ‘Badlapur’ actor has learnt not one or two dance forms, but almost 20 of them for the film. But his mother’s favourite dance form, however, remains the Tandav. The dance form that depicts Lord Shiva’s dance of fury remains to be one of those elusive dance forms that actors in Bollywood have attempted.
Tandav is a form that depicts Lord Shiva’s dance of fury. Not many can pull off the dance that expresses anger and ecstasy. Varun Dhawan learnt this classical dance form for a song ‘Maa Ki Chunari’.
Sources confided, , “There is an emotional connect that Varun has with that song. Everyone knows he is a great dancer but this is the first time that he has done a Tandav. He trained really hard for it because it wasn’t one of those dance forms that he was familiar with. His mother is most ecstatic about him doing the Tandav.”
Knowing what a great dancer Varun Dhawan is, we are sure that it will be one of the best.
