OMG – Was Jiah Khan murdered?

Jiah Khan, the Nishabd actress was found hanging on 3rd June at her Juhu residence. A week later, on June 10, her boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi was arrested on charges of abetting her suicide. Sooraj, son of actors Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab, was July 1 granted bail by the high court.

Jiah’s mother, Rabiya filed a plea few days ago. According to her, if the evidences and medical opinions had to be believed then it would indicate that something is missing as far as suicide is concerned. Jiah Khan’s case is apparently a case of murder,” Dinesh Tiwari, who is Rabiya’s lawyer, said.

Rabiya feels that the investigation was not done properly. And so, she filed a fresh petition in the Bombay High Court alleging that her daughter could have been murdered and seeks CBI enquiry for the same.
