On-flight fashion this week: Best and worst dressed Bollywood celebs at the airport

Let’s take a cue from 'Raabta' actress Kriti Sanon who totally rocked the vertical stripe look while travelling for the promotions of her upcoming flick, 'Bareilly Ki Barfi'. We loved her chic airport style of a colourful red and black Swati Vijaivargie maxi dress (check out that contrast yoke) teamed with a snazzy black belt, dusty pink backpack and pair of strappy sandals. Seems like the lady is bitten by the stripe bug lately, huh!

Jacqueline Fernandez

Looks like Jacqueline never has a rest day when it comes to fashion! The actress was papped at the airport in this retro look that included a yellow cropped sweatshirt (ah, that midriff!) from Versus and blue flared denims. She teamed up the outfit with a Chloe bum bag, clear glasses and pink lips.

Jhanvi Kapoor

Jhanvi surprised us, not in a good way, with this airport look. Her fashion game is always on point, but this time, she was seen donning a white sweatshirt (bearable) over a pair of electric pink velveteen shorts that were too harsh on the eyes. What made it worse? The white ankle-length boots that were a cross between socks and flimsy rain boots. A complete downer!

John Abraham

Who said the conventional, Bollywood-y mustache is uncool? Take a look at John and you’ll see why our hotness meter is just exploding. He was spotted at the airport wearing a dark blue shirt and denim with black sneakers. We’re totally drooling over his new avatar.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Aishwarya was clicked at the Mumbai airport recently with daughter Aaradhya (why so grumpy, baby?) in tow. The diva was dressed in a simple all-black avatar but she carried off the outfit with utmost grace. Dressed in faded black pants, black tee, black loafers, the actress gets extra points for layering it with a knee-length black leather jacket and a black handbag. Although we liked the look, we just wish she had added a pop of colour to her otherwise-understated ensemble.

Kangana Ranaut

The queen exited the airport in this stunning formal look! Kangana was seen sporting a white frilly shirt with a Chinese collar and grey high-waist checkered pants. We totally loved the horse-riding boots, vintage sunglasses and black bag. And look at that classy trench coat in her arms!

Varun Dhawan

Looks like the Dhawan boy is all geared up for the promotions of his upcoming flick 'Judwaa 2' and has decided to give us major style inspo lately. Papped at the airport in this blue tee, faded black denims and a camo jacket, the actor went all funky. We particularly liked those high camo green boots and those cool reflectors.

Anushka Sharma

Snapped while heading to Colombo, Sri Lanka, Anushka sported this ultra-comfy look of a printed white and blue sleeveless top which said "Distraction" along with athleisure pants. Oversized sunglasses and white sneakers completed her look.

Taapsee Pannu

We’re not sure why Taapsee decided to show up at the airport like this. She wore a white tank top, a denim vest and an ethnic skirt. Quite a weird combo! We’re all game for going the unconventional way, but the actress should have either skipped the denim jacket or the okayish high-low skirt.

Farhan Akhtar

Welcome the dapper look of the week, fellas. Dressed in grey pants and a simple black tee, Farhan spiced up the outfit with a funky grey hat, wrist band and colorful sneakers. Did you notice the wristwatch with a colourful strap? Understated yet cool.

Khushi Kapoor

This Kapoor gal keeps giving us back-to-back all-black looks. And we aren’t complaining a bit. Dressed in a rock chic avatar, Khushi wore these sexy black leggings with a black printed sweatshirt and snazzy high collar boots. Picture perfect.

Sangeeta Bijlani

Denim blue jeggings, a blue tank top, blue jacket and blue sling bag. If you thought the all-blue look doesn’t do justice to the gorgeous Sangeeta, then you’re right! The gorgeous diva could have easily got rid of that unflattering blue and grey jacket that’s a complete bummer. The only safe and saving grace was the pair of white slip-ons. Thankfully, it was not blue.

Yami Gautam

Yami sported a black sweat jumpsuit with printed signs and ‘Rebel Youth’ quote along with white sneakers. The look doesn’t really score high on our fashion meter as there’s something’s amiss. The jumpsuit looks a bit ill-fitted at the ankle and we also think that the actress (with her play-it-safe image) can’t really pull off the quirky athleisure outfit.
