Padmaavat: Rishi Kapoor takes a hilarious dig on Ranveer Singh, and we are ROFL

Apart from being Ranbir Kapoor’s father and a dashing hero of his times, Rishi Kapoor also has another side to him and that’s him being his hilarious self on Twitter, always. It’s like, we can officially tag him the most quirkiest person on Twitter, who does what’s on his mind irrespective of fans and critics liking it or not.

And recently, Rishi’s tweet related to ‘Padmaavat’, which happens to be the most controversial storm in India right now, is downright funny to another level.

For the unaware, the women of Karni Sena had threaten the makers of ‘Padmaavat’ that if the film hits the movie screen, they will commit ‘Jauhar’. So basically ‘Jauhar’ is a term when a group of people from a community assemble to save their pride and move to mass death in the form of stepping down in a pyre of fire. And now if you connect the dots, you’ll get what Rishi ji was trying to convey through his tweet. He literally brought in Karan Johar’s reference and we still can’t stop laughing. Also FYI, Rishi Kapoor deleted the above tweet just after sharing it. We wonder why did he do that, Is it Karni Sena’s fear or something else?
