Padmavati: Look who’s here to support the film, Rakhi Sawant

The controversy queen, Rakhi Sawant is back. The actress has been away from the limelight from quite some time, but is back with a bang. She is known for her controversial statements, and her unique way of getting the publicity.

Earlier this year, when Sanjay Leela Bhansali was attacked Rakhi Sawant had exclusively told us that whatever happened was wrong. She had also stated that she is like a sister of SLB. And now, as ‘Padmavati‘ is facing a lot of protests the actress has once again come in support of the movie.

Rakhi has posted a video on her Facebook page in which she has supported the film and has praised the actors too.

Talking about ‘Padmavati’, the movie stars Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles. The film is slated to release on December 1, 2017. (Also Read: Padmavati: It’s a film every Indian will be proud of, says Deepika)

The protest against the film kickstarted with a rumour of a romantic scene between Rani Padmavati and Sultan Alauddin Khilji. However, the makers of the movie have cleared numerous times that there’s no such scene in the movie.
