‘Padmavati’: Pictures of Shahid practising sword fighting are doing the rounds of social media

We all know that Shahid Kapoor will be seen playing the role of Raja Rawal Ratan Singh in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus ‘Padmavati’. The actor has apparently completed the shooting of the film as few days ago, he had posted that he has kickstarted dubbing for the movie. However, now a few pictures of the actor are doing the rounds of the social media in which Shahid is seen practising sword fighting.

‘Padmavati’ has been in news nowadays for its release date. As the original release date is November 17, 2017, there have been reports that the film will be postponed. While some reports suggest that the movie will be releasing next year, some say that it will be hitting the screens on December 1, 2017. However, recently there were also reports that the teaser of the movie will be released on September 21, 2017. (Also Read: Misha gets her ears pierced, Shahid posts an endearing picture)

‘Padmavati’ also stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. While the former plays the titular role, the latter will be seen portraying the role of Sultan Alauddin Khilji.
