Priyanka Chopra called ‘Hypocrite’ by a Pakistani woman at Beautycon in LA; Here’s how the actress responded

If there’s someone from whom one can take lessons in grace, then it has to be Priyanka Chopra. The desi girl not only knows what to say in a given situation but also how to say it. And that’s what makes her who she is. Priyanka is always full of wisdom, sharing interesting tips and imparting knowledge.

Last night, the ‘Bajirao Mastani’ actress was attending a Beautycon event in Los Angeles. It was there when a Pakistani woman not only yelled at PeeCee but also called her a ‘hypocrite’. In March, Priyanka had hailed the Indian Army, and that’s why the Pakistani woman sitting in the audience alleged that the actress is ‘encouraging nuclear war in Pakistan’.

A video clip on this entire conversation has surfaced on social media. The Pakistani woman can be heard yelling at PeeCee and saying, “You are United Nations Goodwill ambassador for peace and you are encouraging nuclear war in Pakistan. There is no way you are in this …As a Pakistani, millions of people, like, me, have supported you in your business.”

Now Priyanka not only heard out the woman calmly but also gave her a perfect reply. “I have many, many friends from Pakistan and I am from India. War is not something I’m really fond of but I am patriotic, so I’m sorry if I hurt sentiments to people who do love me and have loved me. But I think that all of us have a sort of, a middle ground that we all have to walk. Just like you probably do as well. The way that you came at me right now… girl, don’t yell. We’re all here for love.” Priyanka replied.
