Pankaj Tripathi to don a director’s hat soon? Actor reveals

Pankaj Tripathi is one of the most renowned and celebrated actors known for delivering content-rich movies. The actor has won two National Awards and now, it looks like the actor is eyeing the director’s chair. After being a part of some of the biggies in the cinematic industry, Pankaj Tripathi has expressed desire to become a director.

Pankaj Tripathi desires to direct a movie soon

The Mimi actor does not only want to keep his talent up to acting, but he desires to sit on the director’s chair soon. Speaking with ANI, the actor said, “I don’t know about the politics but I think I can make a film. In five to 10 years, if I will find a good story, I would definitely like to become a director. I have the surety of direction. I see it again and again. I hear a sound; I see a landscape.” The actor also shared that he finds filmmaking to be very interesting especially the director’s work.

Speaking of the same, the actor said, “A man just penned down his thoughts on a paper and created a world. Everything is created in a film, which make the audience cry, laugh and relate to it. It’s a magical work.”

Meanwhile on the workfront, Pankaj Tripathi is gearing up for the release of his upcoming movie Main Atal Hoon. This upcoming movie revolves around the life of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the former Prime Minister. Pankaj Tripathi’s Main Atal Hoon gears for a theatrical release on January 19, 2024.
