‘Parched’ director Leena Yadav overwhelmed with Ajay Devgn’s support!

An unconventional struggle of three ladies with the society, in the rural area of Rajasthan is all we are looking forward to in ‘Parched’. Directed by Leena Yadav, ‘Parched’ has already received critical acclaim in the world of international cinema and now, it is all set to make it to the theatres in India. We saw the trailer of the film and were left spellbound. But apart from all this, the film is backed by none other than Ajay Devgn, which seems to be a big deal.

For the director, Ajay’s support is something because of which ‘Parched’ came into making in first place. She was quoted saying, “I think, may be a film gets attention because of a star. It’s Ajay’s graciousness that he supported this project. He has not come on board the project now, but he has been a part of this right from the beginning. He is the person who gave us the money to start the project… He is the backbone of this project.”

Ajay Devgn is producer of ‘Parched’ that stars Tannishtha Chatterjee, Radhika Apte, Surveen Chawla, Adil Hussain, Lehar Khan and Sayani Gupta.
