Parineeti Chopra reveals BEST advice received by Priyanka Chopra: You have the privilege of people’s expectations

Parineeti Chopra made her acting debut in Bollywood with the 2011 romantic comedy Ladies vs Ricky Bahl and now the actress is all set to make her television debut as a judge in Hunarbaaz – Desh Ki Shaan alongside Mithun Chakraborty and Karan Johar.

Recently, the actress revealed the best advice she received by her cousin sister and Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra. Talking to the journalist Puja Talwar, Parineeti stated: “The best advice that I got, was actually from my sister. She always says that you have the privilege of people’s expectations, if people didn’t have expectations from you, you would have been really depressed. So whenever you are in a film, they will expect you do something special, that’s an amazing privilege but also a huge responsibility, so always give them something.”

Further, the Shuddh Desi Romance actress added, “That has really stayed with me because even as a student I used to feel that.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Parineeti was last seen in Dibakar Banerjee’s Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar with Arjun Kapoor. She essayed the lead role in the biographical sports drama Saina, the film saw her portraying the popular badminton player Saina Nehwal.

Next, Parineeti has many projects under various stages of production. Recently, she completed filming an untitled espionage thriller directed by Ribhu Dasgupta. She is also a part of cast ensemble of Uunchai directed by Sooraj Barjatya under Rajshri Productions. The The Girl on the Train actress has also been signed on to star opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Sandeep Vanga’s crime drama film titled Animal. Reportedly, she will also start in a social satire drama directed by Sharat Katariya under Yash Raj Films.
