Parineeti Chopra came on board after this popular actress backed out of ‘Circus’

You must be living under a rock if you don’t already know about Parineeti Chopra been roped in to play the female lead in Bosco Martis’ directorial debut ‘Circus’. But what not everyone knows is that before Pari another leading lady had been considered by Bosco.

The actress was none other than Kangana Ranaut. Kangana is known to work with new filmmakers and had also given her nod to Bosco before she went for Vishal Bhardwaj for ‘Rangoon’ and Hansal Mehta for ‘Simran’. Both Bosco and Kangana were also in touch through text messaging. The choreographer was sure of Kangana coming on board for her debut venture. But, she suddenly stopped responding to Bosco’ messages and backed out eventually.

Stuck in a dilemma, Bosco then approached Parineeti, who came to his rescue. The movie also stars Suniel Shetty and Sooraj Pancholi, and is expected to go on the floors in December. The movie is said to have some amazing circus sequences, acts and dance.
