Did Parineeti Chopra demand a huge fee to feature in SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’?

Jr NTR and Ram Charan starrer ‘RRR’ which is being directed by ‘Bahubali’ director SS Rajamouli has been generating a lot of buzz on social media, among the fans and in media as well. While the shoot of the film has already begun with Jr NTR and Ram Charan, it was reported that Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra has been approached by the makers to be the lead heroine.

According to a report published in India Today, actress Parineeti Chopra has agreed to be a part of the film but on a condition of being paid a huge fee. If you go by the report then it’s true as Parineeti has demanded a huge fee from the makers to be a part of the magnum opus.

The report further noted that the makers of ‘RRR’ are contemplating shelling out the amount desired by the ‘Golmaal again’ actress as they don’t want their shooting schedule to be delayed. The makers of the film are also expected to close the deal with Parineeti soon as they want bulk dates from her. However, an official announcement on the same is awaited.

The second schedule of the film is currently underway and apart from Ram Charan and Jr NTR, Tamil actor Samuthirakani has also been signed. If we believe to the rumours then apart from Parineeti Chopra, ‘RRR’ makers have also approached actress Keerthy Suresh as the second female lead.

It is to be noted that the film ‘RRR’ is being made on a whopping budget of Rs 300 crore and is set in the 1920 backdrop. ‘RRR’ is backed by DVV Danayya of DVV Entertainments.
