The much-awaited Raghav Chadha and Parineeti Chopra’s big fat Punjabi wedding is just around the corner. After the wedding festivities in Delhi, the soon-to-be-married couple were spotted at the Udaipur airport for their wedding. Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s will be tying the knot on 24 September 2023 at The Leela Palace and The Oberoi Udaivilas.

Now, as the two were welcomed in Udaipur amid the beats of dhol, there has been a new update on Ragneeti’s wedding.

Guests phones get taped at Parineeti Chopra-Raghav Chadha wedding

Reportedly, the phones of the guests have been taped. It so happened that Priyanka Chopra had also followed the no-phone policy at the time of her wedding. Now, this is being done to ensure that photos and videos do not get leaked. A blue colored tape will be put up on the mobile phones. If the tape is removed, an arrow symbol will be visible, revealing that the camera was used for clicking photos or videos. This will be done especially for the hotel staff and the rest of the workers.

Apart from this, 100 security guards have been deployed for the big fat wedding. Reportedly, the security guards have been deployed in four to five boats, as the wedding venue is near Lake Pichola.

Agreement made to maintain the wedding’s privacy

Adding to the reports is also that an agreement has been curated to maintain the wedding’s privacy. Adding to this is also the update that the whole security system of the venue has been changed. Anybody coming into the hotel will be scanned except for the ones in the hotel staff. A full monitoring of the security will be done, additionally, there will also be tight security around Parineeti Chopra and the guests.

Speaking about their pre-wedding festivities, it began with an Ardaas ceremony in Delhi. The ceremony was followed by a Sufi night and was also attended by Priyanka Chopra’s mother Madhu Chopra with son Sidharth Chopra.
