Parineeti Chopra walks out of ‘Sultan’ because of Anushka Sharma

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s upcoming film Sultan is very much in news. The Salman Khan starrer’s story is based upon wrestling an idea quite similar to Aamir Khan Dangal. The makers of the film are on a lookout for a female lead. Recently there were rumours of Kangana Ranaut being signed opposite the Khan, but the actress has walked out of the project as she wants to give more attention to Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘Rangoon’.

After Kangana Ranaut’s walk out, Parineeti Chopra was rumoured to have bagged the role opposite Salman Khan in ‘Sultan’, but the ‘Ishaqzaade’ actress too did not take up the project. Now why would any sane actress reject a role opposite Salman Khan? Well Parineeti took this decision when she realized that she will playing second fiddle to Anushka Sharma, who apparently has been signed as the main lead for the film.
