Patralekhaa pays an emotional tribute to her late father; says, “Life never prepared me for it”

City Lights actress and Rajkummar Rao’s girlfriend Patralekhaa recently paid an emotional tribute to her father Ajit Paul who passed away a few days ago. She shared a long letter to her late father in which she talked to him about all the times that he was there for her. Patralekhaa also thanked him for saving her from tuberculosis at the age of 19.

Sharing a picture of her father on Instagram, Patralekhaa wrote that life did not prepare her for this day, she wrote, “Please, pick me up. I need you. I always will.” She further wrote, “Thank you, for saving the 19 year old me from tuberculosis. While every quack in town misdiagonosed me with different diseases, your and jethu’s restlessness pursuit to save me kept me alive.”

Patralekhaa concluded the letter, “Rest in peace papa. In between birth and death; in between youth and age old and in between seconds and years, I’ll keep speaking to you. This note wasn’t the last time… I love you! Your child, Silvie(sic)”

Earlier, Patralekhaa had also shared an emotional post in which she wrote, “I am angry I am sad I am at a loss of words.. This pain this grief tearing through every part of me. You just left without saying anything.. Papa….??(sic)”
