‘PM Narendra Modi’ Mid-Ticket Review: The Vivek Oberoi starrer is a snoozefest

The first half of ‘PM Narendra Modi’ is a tedious watch with little meat. A whitewashing exercise through and through. The film is certainly not as sharp as political films are supposed to be. Vivek Oberoi as Narendra Damodardas Modi is a virtuous man with inexplicable reserves of patriotism.

As far as acting is concerned, nobody except Vivek has much to do. And the ‘Company’ actor fails to hold our interest through this snoozefest. The screenplay too is extremely monotonous with little depth. In some ways, this seems like Modi’s CV where his achievements are chronicled one by one. We are certainly not looking forward to the second half.
