Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor is one of the most active users of Twitter. Though, many a times he calls for trouble because of his controversial tweets, but that does not stop him from using this social media platform. But this time around, the situation seems to have gone a little out of control. As per reports, a police complaint has been filed against the actor for posting an offensive post on Twitter.

An IANS reports states that an NGO named Jai Ho Foundation has filed a complaint against the actor for posting a nude picture of a child. The complain has been filed at Mumbai’s Cyber Police station of Bandra Kurla Complex.

Afroz Malik, the President of Jai Ho Foundation, in his statement has requested an immediate action. “We would request you to immediately register an FIR against actor Rishi Kapoor under relevant sections of POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) and IT Act for posting indecent, nude and vulgar picture of a minor child on his Twitter account @chintskap,” his statement reads as reported by the news agency.

Though Rishi Kapoor has deleted the tweet, but the screenshot of the same is available.

Further, Mr. Malik has been quoted saying, “Rishi Kapoor has more than 2.6 Million followers on Twitter account. This means this pornographic image material got circulated to more than 2.6 Million people. We await the actor’s reaction on the same.
