Ponniyin Selvan first look posters: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan looks every bit regal, Trisha, Vikram look magnificent as queen and warrior

Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan has been making noise for a while now; however, no updates on the same were released until now. After a lot of wait, the makers have released some majestic first look posters of Ponniyin Selvan which looks magnificent. Among all the posters, we absolutely loved Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s look. She looked every bit regal as she donned the queen’s attire. Since we have already seen her like a queen in Jodhaa Akbar, we are convinced that Aishwarya will do complete justice to her royal character.

Trisha is also seen as a princess who looks lovely and refreshing whereas Vikram looks menace as a warrior. Reportedly, Ponniyin Selvan is made on a budget of ₹500 crores.  Along with the character posters, Ponniyin Selvan release date is also revealed as it is scheduled to hit the big screens on September 30, 2022. Apart from Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, it stars Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Jayaram, Sobhita Dhulipala, Aishwarya Lekshmi and Vikram Prabhu.
