Post ‘Inshallah’, Salman Khan to do a biopic on a BSF jawaan?

Biopics have become a rage in Bollywood and it looks like the trend is here to stay for a while. Salman Khan, who is currently gearing up for his Eid release ‘Bharat’, is in the news for his upcoming projects. Post ‘Inshallah’, Salman Khan is in talks for doing a biopic based on the life of a BSF jawaan.

Talking about the film, a source informed Pinkvilla, “Salman has always been extremely driven by stories that center around India. Recently, a big banner approached him for a biopic they wish to produce. It will revolve around the life of a BSF jawaan and will be set in Kashmir.”

Talking about Salman‘s love for doing patriotic films, the source further added, “It’s an extremely brave and inspirational story of this one man – an Indian soldier – who single-handedly ended the entire camp of Mujahideen militants around 12-14 years ago. Salman loved the entire idea and felt it was an untold real-life story that needed to be told. He has given a verbal nod to the film already but his dates need to be figured out.”  

Reportedly, if things fall in place, after shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Inshallah’, Salman Khan might begin shooting for this film in the middle of next year.
