Preity Zinta to put her wedding pictures on auction for charity

Actress Preity Zinta is all set to tie the knot with her boyfriend Gene Goodenough, reportedly in April. The wedding will be a private ceremony with family members and close friends at Los Angeles. This will follow with a grand reception in Mumbai for Preity’s friends in Mumbai.

Preity and Gene together, have decided something beautiful  together! They want to drive all the craze towards a positive outcome and thus will put up their wedding pictures for charity.

Preity’s organization Preity Zinta foundation works towards educating children from impoverished children and old age home rehabilitation. The money collected will go to the foundation’s fund.

“The power couple have decided to direct all the hype and anticipation surrounding their wedding into a charitable cause. They will be putting their private wedding images up for auction and the proceeds generated out of these will go towards the Preity Zinta Foundation. Preity’s foundation works towards educating children and old age home rehabilitation. Preity has been involved in several charitable initiatives but has never spoken about it since she is an extremely private person. However, both she and Gene wanted to celebrate this joyous moment in their lives by giving back to society in their own little way.” – a source said.
